I’m a dad and husband who finds real energy in helping people like me thrive personally and professionally by leading at work, at home, and in their communities. As a Director, VP, and Talent Leader I’ve lead Executive Development, Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Culture Transformation work at companies like Apple, Pinterest, Coinbase, Upwork, and LinkedIn - and somewhere along the way, it became clear to me that leadership is one skill, practiced everywhere, that maximizes the potential of everyone around you.
What I believe
I’ve experienced in my own life how challenging it can be to juggle it all - and seen first hand how well intentioned and highly capable people are struggling to hold it all together with the demands of professional life and ALL THE THINGS at home. I found myself having the same conversations with leaders of organizations, and friends in my community - not chasing balance, but harmony in achieving everything they care about in work and life. Having lead adoption of AI at scale at multiple Fortune 500 organizations, there has never been a more critical time to invest in yourself, the teams you lead, and re-think everything about where you spend your time and energy.
